Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company [AWSC] is a GaAs HBT and pHEMT/IPD and GaAs/Ge CPV Pure Foundry Service Company. We utilize: 1) the most-cost effective mainstream manufacturing process technology 2) optimal process equipment, device layout and material structures for both Wireless and Solar Cell applications. Our goal is to provide the best quality and on-time delivery Foundry Services.

AWSC offers the high reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT process for both power amplifier (PA) and gain block (GB) circuit designs. We also offer the high performance GaAs pHEMT process for both switch (SW) and low noise amplifier (LNA) designs. Our foundry process has been widely used by our customers for both Smart Phone and WiFi applications. Our transistors have been proven with a MTBF of more than one million hours. We ensure the good process control monitor (PCM) and high wafer probe yield to satisfy customer's performance and yield requirements. Currently, FAB Capacity is 2,000 6-inch HBT wafer outs a week. Our plan is to achieve the maximum capacity of 3,000 wafers a week at existing Facility.

Since May 2011, we offered 6-inch high efficiency GaAs/Ge CPV Foundry Service with capacity of 4,000 wafer outs a month. We will expand our CPV Capacity based on overall Solar Cell requirement in 2012.

AWSC was established in April of 1998 and located at Tainan Science-Based Industrial Park of Taiwan. Now we have total employees of 500 with various technical and production backgrounds. Our Foundry Service Group provides Design Kits with both device layout rules and design models.
