人權與反歧視政策

AWSC致力於發展並維持促進員工權利的制度,包含員工健康、工作安全、以及其他所有與工作相關的權利,並致力杜絕任何違反人權的行為。不論是直接、利益相關或是默許等方式,避免僱用關係中任何形式歧視情形之發生,不論是在僱用、薪資、訓練、晉升、解僱及資源分配方面,都不會因為種族、民族或社會出身、社會階層、血統、宗教、身體殘疾、性別、性取向、家庭責任、婚姻狀況、工會會員、政見、年齡或工會關係而有任何的區分或喜好,而是以能力及貢獻為依歸,以促成所有同仁之機會均等。
AWSC也致力於排除及避免自己以及僱用流程中的合作夥伴( 如人力仲介公司) 發生任何形式的歧視。
在可能的情形下,AWSC將推廣我們的反歧視政策至外部團體,包括顧客、供應商以及一般大眾。
Human rights and anti-discrimination policies
AWSC is committed to develop, maintain and improve the systems employee' rights, including employee health, occupational safety, and any other all occupational related rights.
And efforts to prevent any violation of human rights,No matter direct, intrest related or acquiescence, etc.,To avoid any kind of case of discrimination happen in the employment relationship.
Won't make any distinction or preference no matter in hiring, salary, training, promotion, dismissal and the allocation of resources, not because of their race, ethnic or social origin, social class, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union members, political opinion, age or union relations, but by their ability and contribution, in order to bring equal opportunities to all colleagues.
AWSC also commited ourselves to avoid and exclude ourselves and the partners of hiring process (Ex: Human resource broker) have any kind of discrimination.
At the possible situation, AWSC will promote our anti-discrimination policy to external parties, including customers, suppliers and the general public.
