CSR Management

CSR Committee meetings are convened on a quarterly basis.

The functions of Inotera CSR Committee are:

1) To formulate strategies, direction and targets on the implementation of CSR.
2) To ensure regulatory compliance.
3) To review the interaction with stakeholders.
4) To compile major issues of concern and materiality analysis.
5) To determine management approach and performance indicators.
6) To approve CSR projects and resources.
7) To monitor the implementation progress and execution performance of CSR activities.
8) To review and approve annual CSR report.
